Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days after payment is received. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Estimated delivery times:

• Latvia: 1–3 business days after dispatch

• European Union: 3–10 business days after dispatch

• International: 7–21 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of courier delays, customs procedures, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address or parcel terminal. Additional shipping costs caused by incorrect information or an uncollected parcel may be charged to the customer.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by their country.

If your parcel arrives damaged or has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact ENIJAAGAKIJA@GMAIL.COM with your order number.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty, the wrong item was sent or otherwise required by law.
