Refund Policy

EU customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

Products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Opened or unsealed products may not be returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
